| ... | The low season rate is 120 euros per night or 600 euros per week. The high season rate is 150 euros per night or 750 euros per week, this rate applies to Christmas, New Year and Easter holidays, from April the 1st and September 15th and from time to time to coincide with specific trade fairs, music festivals and sporting events in Barcelona. Discounts may be applicable during low season. Please ask us about availability! The rental fee is charged at a flat rate. There is no minimum stay or cleaning charge. We can arrange cleaning and/ or babysitting services for you during your stay. We use our own cleaners and babysitters (who speak English), so we can confidently recommend them. The hourly rate is 10 euros, with prior notice. We can also arrange for rental of cots, pushchairs etc., with prior notice. Please ask for more details. |

The flat is suitable for rental to families, sleeping a maximum of 6. Guests will be expected to follow the norms of good behaviour among Spanish neighbours. They will be expected to sign a contract on arrival and leave a deposit of 200 euros cash against breakage, returnable at check out. A copy of the contract will be sent to guests with confirmation of a reservation. You can confirm your reservation by forwarding one night’s rental. |
